"This is the finest place I've stayed in the Lakes thus far. The hotel grounds are magnificent. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Every meal was exceptional, both breakfasts and dinners. For me, what truly sets Storrs Hall apart is the excellence of the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and glad to assist. I've rarely, if ever, experienced such a warm welcome and genuine interaction. The hotel's location feels rather remote, and no public transportation (bus/boat/train) can be easily accessed by foot. That said, Bowness is a five-minute drive away. Car parks are plentiful there. Highly recommended for an idyllic getaway. I would be delighted to stay at Storrs Hall again."
