"It was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes. "

Not many facilities within the Hotel it needed a bar, the only bar was a beach bar opposite the hotel which was ok unless it wasn’t booked for private hire or closed due to bad weather (there was a bad storm when we were there). "Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"
