"The food in the restaurant was okay, but not well-coordinated. The staff in the restaurant was helpful but sometimes with character that impacted the cozy environment to relax."

"Close to Pitztal Glacier mountain."

"Very pleasant stay, thank you! "

"My first stay here – and definitely not the last. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere, wonderful food and genuinely friendly staff. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and really enjoyed every part of the stay. A special place in the mountains that I'm already looking forward to returning to."

"Excellent location and facilities. Brilliant restaurant with attentive service."

"Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We had the halfboard which was a great choice. The dinner set menu has little choice (3 choices for the main course plus an open salad bar) but I still felt spoilt with choice. The quality of the food was great. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a fresh look and feel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The spa is nicely maintained and the hotel covers a large variety of spa packages. The Gaislachkogl cable car is 100m from the hotel which probably makes it a very attractive winter...
