"A disappointing experience for our 30th anniversary
My husband and I booked our Paris stay two months in advance to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. After more than seven hours of travel, we arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Massy and were told that the hotel was closed and we would be relocated to a nearby apartment.
We requested comparable hotel accommodation and explained that we were flexible about the location. The staff eventually arranged another hotel and agreed to reimburse the taxi...
"Clean, modern, well equipped and sound proofed rooms, the mattress was on the hard side but that's my personal choice. Location is convenient for the airport and the food was good, we ate late so one of the meals had cold vegetables. Nothing to do with the hotel, but be wary of taxi from Massy tgv, the fare is listed as 25-35 euros but the guy charged me 60 for 13 minute trip."
"Positive feedback:
- Spacious room (couch included, bit TV, toilet and shower were separated)
- Staff were friendly to interact
- Great location (Westfield mall was across the street)
Other feedback:
- A/C does not work
- When we first when to use the shower, the floor smelled like urine. The shower drain is slow."
"Nice hotel close to Paris outer ring road, easy to find and great for overnight stop.
Breakfast very good , evening menu limited but food also very good."
"The location is good to INSEAD, and 7-10 minutes walking to the city center.
The breakfast is not various !!!!
The room is big and clean.
The bed is comfortable."
"Hôtel avec une Clim en panne depuis apparemment 1 mois mais on ne vous averti qu'une fois les clefs de la chambre remises. La carte du restaurant est réduite sans même être au courant alors que nous avons réservé. Des plats médiocre, un bar en rupture de menthe ... et j'en passe. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout ses 4 étoiles malgré le cadre qui est agréable si tout était entretenu correctement."
