We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "Mismanaged , they let residents get drunk till very late night hours with no respect to others. Very noisy without control as far as security. The location is beautiful though. "

"The property was clearly not a 4 stars hotel despite the information on Expedia. We found some pads in the pool, croach in the toilets, we couldn't have 2 towels for 2 guests. The restaurant cooking was very poor. We had an all inclusive reservation but we went several times to restaurants outside to avoir eating their food. Terrible."

"Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. "

"This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "
