"I booked the same day of arrival…they were ready for me, accommodating and very friendly. They have a spa so I splurged with a massage…fabulous. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t have an “excellent “ rating…they should!"

Talking to the staff they pretended that everything is in order. The room was warm so we opened a window. Had to shut it off immediately because of the smell. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner."

"Great location, nice pool. Hotel room was small and comfortable but for the pillows but we managed with the bed cushions. We also had a little balcony which was excellent. Good breakfast and the coffee was very nice. The night watchman even went out of his way and made us coffee on our 5am departure. Only suggestion would be some tea bags, milk etc and a kettle in the room. "

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."
