"Just the pool part"

"The elevators were taking too long so we had to take the stairs and OMG i felt like we were walking into a horror movie. There was so much debri it was so dark which could have led to a safety hazard at the last set of stairs we had to take. It even looked like a homeless person was staying down there once upon a time. The whole time I was walking down there, I was waiting for a Rat to jump out at me, that's how bad it was. There was even a old pillow full of what looked like piss on it. We came...

"Our stay at Hilton Vacation Club South Lake Tahoe did not feel like a relaxing vacation experience. The property felt more focused on timeshare sales every time your work in the door, rather than guest comfort and hospitality. One major disappointment was the lack of daily room service, which guest has be scheduled well in advance. The pool area service was also inconvenient. There were no drinks or meal services available poolside, so I had to walk to the bar to place food orders and then wait...

"We had an incredible time at the Timber Lodge. Room was spacious and very clean. Access to the shops and restaurants at Heavenly was so convenient. Rob, the activities coordinator, took us on a personal hike through Van Sickle as no one else signed up and we had a wonderful time. All around one of our best experiences staying at a lodge."

"I loved everything about our experience at the Landing. The room was above and beyond what I expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved that the resort felt tucked away from the busy Main Street and coffee, restaurants, and shops are just in walking distance. It was nice to be able to get my steps in while still having the option of using the shuttle. I hope to be able to visit again and I will always recommend this resort to family and friends."
