"This hotel has a great look. Bright and cheery. The four glass elevators ensure you never have to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator even during busy times. Our room was clean. "What staff they had were very helpful but they are very understaffed. When checking in we had to wait quite a while for a bellman because they only had one on a holiday weekend. Hot water faucet was broken in the room we had to make three calls before it was fixed more than 24 hours into our stay. The pool area was nice indoors but the outdoor patio had piles of old carpet and construction debris. There's no security guarding the rooms or system in the elevator. Anyone can move about the hotel...

"The room we stayed had the full kitchen and was extremely nice, especially with kids. The bathroom was large and had a separate tub from the shower making bath time an easy endeavor. Everything was clean and in good working condition. I can't find any faults with the room we stayed in or the hotel in general. It was very nice! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially for the price. It was much nicer than more expensive hotels that I previously stayed at in Tahoe."
