"No AC on this property should be more clear for summer rentals. Pool pics don't match reality very dark and causes condensation on lower floor. Needs better process for handling garbage. More cans or an actual dumpster during stays. Hard to keep bugs out and stay cool with broken screens all over the property. Several potholes in driveway and some black mold in the downstairs bathroom. The additional "bedrooms" are just common areas. Truly only 5 bedrooms with their own doors but 7 sleeping...
