"The hotel is well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Check in and out was easy. "

"Check in was easy and bed was comfortable. The room was much more run down that I was expecting at $160 a night. Chair cushions were torn, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder broken, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to fall apart. Plus the tv remote’s batteries were dead and the mini coffee pot didn’t work. For a “fall asleep on arrival and leave first thing in the morning” stay it was functional but wouldn’t want to stay longer than that."

"I have used this BW hotel several time over the years when visiting my family. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and perfect location for my needs. Had issue with the toilet plumbing but the staff addressed it immediately so the annoyance level was minimal to me."

"We loved that this designated historic property is in a historic district - barely half a block from NYState's first senate house! - and maintains a historic "feel" while offering contemporary amenities. Loved the suite style accomodations. The friendly but unobtrusive hosts were always available to help or explain things and told us where to find dining nearby - within easy walking distance, and interesting facts about the town's development. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely being coming back!"
