"We absolutely loved our stay here. Sadly, we were only here for one night but it was the perfect pit stop for our roadtrip. The room was huge and the views are amazing. We arrived late and the staff was so helpful & recommended places that were still open to eat. Also so close to all the trails! We will be back and will stay here longer!"

"Awesome to visit , relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The vibes were sooooo chill, the staff were so cool. But they had 1 big flaw, watch out for the hidden fees, check your bill and invoices before check. They add additional fees if you charge anything to your room for purchases which is crazy. Any charge to your room will be given a servicing fee. If you order breakfast, and pick it up yourself but charge it to your room, you get a fee. If you have dinner or drinks or lunch, and charge it to your room, there’s an extra fee.!!!! So bring cash or pay your bill up front… they use a system called Toast for their credit transactions, and they charge you the convenience / service fee for this system which can be as much as $40 per transaction."

"The St. Charles hotel is a good place to stay if you are looking for a great location to stay. It's within walking distance of restaurants and close to places to visit. However the WiFi network does kick out a lot."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The staff were always excellent, very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking in to town and short drives to Hunter Mountain, North Lake and Kaaterskill Falls. Perfect for a long weekend trip with the kids."

"Very clean and well kept place. The pool area is lovely as well. The breakfast was mostly sugar stuff though… with lots of pastries and sweetened yogurts, and only caffeinated coffee available. Be sure to prepare accordingly if you have dietary restrictions. We enjoyed our stay and the location."
