"The studio was as expected. It’s a converted garage so not many windows. There is a giant mirror that really helps make the space look bigger than it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The carpet is new and nice and squishy. There was no one in the chalet (main part of the house) while I was there, so the host gave me permission to use the back patio amenities. If I wasn’t alone, I would have definitely taken advantage of the giant chess set. I had my coffee outside on the deck one morning though, which was lovely. I got a little spooked alone in the woods the first night and checked in regarding footsteps I wasn’t sure we’re supposed to be there since no one was at the chalet. The host was very kind and responsive and it was just her! Phew haha. She made sure to tell me she would be there the second night too so that I wouldn’t be scared. I really appreciated the communication."
