"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"We were in town for a funeral and needed a place for our family of five. The Rose Stay was perfect. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodated our three teenage children and us. Each room had its own AC unit to easily control temperature. The place was very clean and the kitchen was situated with modern appliances and new countertops. "A great apartment for 2 or 3. Great for those interested in walking to downtown restaurants and shops. It’s on a very busy intersection so if you don’t like traffic noise it’s not for you although it quiets down late nite. Newly renovated and clean. Super convenient to HITS horse show and that is why I was there."

"Great apartment in the village of Saugerties. Location is ideal and the unit is great for a couple. It was a little rough and ready on the stairs to enter and the bathroom is very small. Would caution anyone who is super tall or who has difficulty with stairs. The den area overlooks Partition St and the location is ideal for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping as well as local site. I would definitely recommend. "
