After having to scream at them on the phone they moved us to a dirty broken property with a broken hot tub. And are now ghosting me regarding a refund. They DO NOT keep their properties maintained.We had to pee and poop outside. We had to build a fire to cook food. We had to furnish the trash bin into a cooler. The property they moved us to had a broken hot tub, a hole in the couch, and dirty walls. Along with sliding doors that are nearly impossible to lock with no blinds facing a main road."

"I enjoyed my stay despite losing internet due to a bad storm. The host was pretty responsive. Please keep in mind the house is about 15 mins outside of downtown Woodstock. The home is super spacious and warm my only fall out is the bathroom shower pressure was very limited and did not get super hot."
