"From the minute you step into the house there is a strong musty smell. I walked through the house needless to say it was filthy. When I went down to the basement there was a huge puddle of water by the hot tub. I called the owner Craig and explained to him what the issues were and he had nothing to say but Oh yes there is a small leak in the hot tub just keep mopping it up. That is the last thing I want to do on a weekend away. There was a significant amount of snow that we had to shovel for the steps and deck to get into the house Craig said there was a plow coming to do the driveway and none ever showed up. The bedding was full of dog hair; the basement ceiling had a leak horrible job of trying to fix it. All patch work full of mold... Craig spoke to my husband and said he was going to think it over as to what a reasonible refund would be and all he gave us was 200. Disgusting how you can get away with what you are doing to people. Shame on VRBO for doing nothing for us as well. Please run from this house. DO NOT STAY HERE "
