The Baker House Bed & Breakfast
10/10 Excellent
"The Innkeepers were friendly and helpful in planning our activities and restaurant selections. The accommodations were comfortable and great bath facilities. We enjoyed conversations over breakfast. And breakfast itself was delicious! Fresh herbs and homemade creations really spoiled us! "
"Our room was beautiful; beautiful furniture, exquisite design, brand new renovation. Amazing air con. Heated bathroom floor. Amazing rain shower head. Very short walk to waterfront, museums, restaurants, bars and shops. Unbelievable stay. They brought us coffee in a thermos with mugs and local pastries on the morning of our checkout, including chocolate babka from half moon bakery..which was out of this world. Can’t recommend this place more highly. When we checked in, another couple was also checking in and the guy came out of his room and said, “I can’t believe how beautiful our room is!” The
Designer/management team knows what they are doing. You will not be disappointed. Street parking very easy. "
Waterfront retreat near Kingston, NY w/ stunning views, firepit & trails nearby!
10/10 Excellent
"The pictures don’t do it justice—you truly have to experience this place in person. Hands down, this is the nicest rental I’ve ever booked—not just because it was spotless, but because it’s truly one of a kind. The views of the wide, peaceful Hudson are absolutely breathtaking (and you're not on the train side, so you're literally right on the water). The beautifully landscaped garden and expansive outdoor space feel like a private sanctuary. With cozy furniture, a firepit, and thoughtful touches everywhere, it’s easy to forget the outside world exists. And while it feels like an escape, you still have all the modern comforts—from strong Wi-Fi to smart technology. If you’re looking for a romantic couples’ getaway that’s all about peace, privacy, and next-level relaxation, this is it. Book it now—before it lands on all the “best of” lists."
Chic, Private Cabin with Stunning Hudson River Views
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage is cute, modern and comfortable. The space was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The property has a lovely back yard with a deck and a lavender shrub attracting pollinators. The birdsong was sweet both mornings and we saw a bald eagle over the river, come flying to and landing in one of the property's trees. The hosts were super easy to work with, very nice, helpful, quick to respond and provided a lot of useful information. Thank you! We would love to return."

"This is the oldest continuously operating inn in the U.S. The floors are somewhat slanted and have beautiful boards, often original. The Arms is in the middle of the village."
