"Breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. Surrounding area was beautiful. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. History of the area is beyond fantastic. Where they lack is in sharing where to go to experience the incredible American history that the area affords - there should be material at the front and in every room sharing the history of the area and the incredible state and federal museums to explore! Do your research... Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity!! "

"Beautiful place! Absolutely loved staying there and it was even more lovely than the pictures could ever convey. There were 4 or 5 yellowjackets inside when we arrived but after that we really enjoyed our stay. We had messaged the owner for some bug spray but never heard back, though it didn’t end up being a problem. The location is perfect if you’re looking to hike in the area, but the house is so nice that you might not want to even leave!"

"Excellent getaway for our multi generational family. All rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the property is gorgeous with a river view. I never had a better communication with hosts, literally 24/7 and they answer immediately. Highly recommend this place."

"We were happy to book last minute because our other property was under construction, and we were never notified. The owner was very accommodating. The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. Only thing we didn’t care for was the air conditioning was not working in the upstairs area and day we checked in was 95 degrees. The owner would have sent someone out to repair, but the weather cooled down so we were not disturbed."

"Gorgeous spacious house with so many cool amenities and fun things to do nearby in town. Check in and communication was easy. Some things to note - the water smelled/tasted a bit off at times so did recommend buying bottled water. It also got very cold at night and heat took awhile to kick in (it was toasty by the morning after) so just turn it on ahead of going to bed. Would definitely book again. "
