Large spacious very clean room . Comfortable bed. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was above your average continental breakfast with many choices. Located in a center of town with plenty of places in walking distance.
The room was spacious and clean, with a refrigerator, a coffee Maher and a microwave. The breakfast was nice, and the bar at the hotel was pleasant during the cocktail hour.
Who wouldn't want to stay at this historic location! Though we were in a room that was not part of the old building, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff so very nice. I love this place, this town.
The Inn is a great historical building. Just be careful when booking. We ended up at a different location a couple blocks away. It was totally my fault for not asking more questions. Where we stayed, courtyard building 61, room was spotless and decorated nicely to theme. Mattress was good but bed was horribly noisy! Lol
We’ve stayed here a few times as we are parents of a college student in the area. Price is reasonable and it is always clean and easy to navigate. Highly recommend.
This was my first time at this property. My room was not in the Beekman Arms but in its sister property a few blocks away. The room was large and nicely decorated, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and soap, shampoo and towels were supplied in abundance. Breakfast was included and consisted of all sorts of breads, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juiced coffee and teas. This was served in a separate building near the residential building
Our room was on the third floor so the lack of an elevator pushed my 94 year old body a bit. I would definitely come back to the Beeckman Arms but next time I’ll request a downstairs room.
Great place to stay - we stayed in one of the motel style rooms and it was large, clean, and perfect for our needs. Definitely recommend the onsite tavern from the 1700s.
This hotel is a very old historic hotel. It has several different locations around the property to stay in. The restaurant was very good. The town is a fun place to visit. I would recommend this hotel.
the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only issue was at check-in when the woman gave us the wrong keys and the wyong directions to our room.
The property is historic so it’s appropriately decorated. Rug could be cleaned but bed was comfy, bathroom items were lovely and room was kept clean. Lovely breakfast served each morning. I’ve been before and convenient location is wonderful!
This is an old historic inn in a beautiful town, but our accommodations were really sub-par for the price. Many of the rooms are off the premises in nearby buildings, which we had no problem with. However, our room was very musty and damp smelling, and very dark with one tiny window. The bathroom was really gross and looked about 40 years old with many fixtures in bad shape. The place really gave me the ick! Breakfast was very lackluster too.
We did have a nice lunch in the restaurant/bar area though.
Nice room in one the smaller buildings on the hotels small campus. Good free breakfast. Main part of hotel is America's oldest Inn and interesting.

Disliked: Amenities
This is a crunchy and dark old hotel to stay only for the nostalgia-
After dragging all our luggage from the way back parking lot we were told we were staying blocks away - I guess if you wanted your guests to know you could have emailed us ( with all the other emails you sent ) Also there is no elevator- and we were on the 2nd floor - so be warned.
Sadly the food was mediocre- the bar loud - but the continental breakfast was nice and the shower water pressure was unbelievable with a 10/10 even though the bathroom was redone in the 1970s!
Cute (but small)town to walk around in BTW
