"The property was everything I was hoping for. So comfortable and roomy. Quiet, yet close enough to everything I wanted to do during my stay! I plan on returning in the future - this will be my go-to spot in the Woodstock area!I want to thank my hosts from the bottom of my heart!"

"Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to plan another trip. We loved our cabin. Great location. Close to dining and activities. WiFi spotty, but allowed us to be more present with one another. Kids watched DVDs, played board games and did puzzles. Basic but nice breakfast option, and the kids loved having the s'mores kits."

"We had a great stay in the heart of Phoenicia. It’s so convenient to walk to Main Street for great food and shopping, or drive to other nearby hamlets like Woodstock and Tannersville. It’s also a wonderful place to chill inside or out. We had so much fun perusing the albums and just enjoying the cool throw back vibes inside. Jay is a great host."

"The Lina. Team was very responsive both before our “sister weekend” trip during the planning phase and throughout our May mountain weekend in the Catskills whenever questions arose. The checkin and checkout process was simple with clear and concise instructions. The location was perfect for our needs. Being right on NY-28 allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. There was ample parking for multiple vehicles and the outdoor lighting was also very good.The pristine property itself was gorgeous and immaculate. Obvious fresh renovations gave a clean black and white modern style to a still cozy feeling space. The bathrooms were large with massive showers, rainfall showerheads and an even soaker tub.We enjoyed the sunny back deck during the day and the blue moon by night. Late nights at the huge kitchen table were spent recalling memories of our childhood and making new memories together. It was a perfect spot to play card games and enjoy wine and sangria selections with our charcuterie spread. The beds were especially comfortable which is high on our list of pluses. Fun times and great memories! We will definitely visit this cute spot again!"

"Such a spectacular and unique home- we loved the thoughtful touches placed throughout the house. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything you could need plus more. Easy walking access to great hiking! The front porch is a perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the rabbits!"
