"This is a great hotel with a lovely bar and reception area. The location is ideal as it is very close to London Bridge Station and there are lots of bars and eating places nearby. The room was really good, very clean with everything you need. Staff are helpul and friendly. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff here were far and away the most friendly, helpful, and genuinely looking to serve group I’ve ever experienced. I would always stay at this property when in London if only for the service! As for the property, with a family of 5, it was a little cozy. But is to be expected. The room shows a little age, but the room was clean, neat, and the beds were great. Getting to and from with luggage and kids required hiring a car, but the free ferry across the Thames to the Canary Wharf area was easy and awesome. Will absolutely stay here again!"
