I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise...

"The apartment is large, comfortable but neglected. It could be superb if the owner would paint the walls, which are full of stains and scratches. The bathroom is really nice but smelly and again the walls are dirty and the washbasin is almost stopped. The sofa is also full of stains."
