"The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!"

"The hotel was immediately off of the highway, so really convenient to get to. It is relatively quiet, very clean and reasonably comfortable. WiFi was great and there is ample parking on site. There is a restaurant in the hotel (I did not dine there) and the drive to other options is very close. I would not hesitate to stay there again. "

"The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. "Nicely located, clean and comfortable. Has a decent gym. The only downside is that breakfast buffet is not included. I understand that Klagenfurt is an expensive town, but breakfast should really be included with the high room rate they charge. "

"Great hotel with unique exterior decoration. Rooms are large and functional and there is a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and only 2 minute walk into main town. Used the hotel so we could attend a concert in Klagenfurt only 15 miles away."

"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering). "

"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
