"Novotel is my airport hotel of choice. Genuinely friendly and helpful team members. Everywhere is clean and smells fresh. The rooms are also very clean, quiet and well equipped with iron/ironing board, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. Beds are comfy, with nice soft bedding - a great nights sleep. The shower has great pressure, the toiletries smell divine and the towels are fluffy. Shuttle bus to and from the airport is great and runs very regularly (£4pp each way). I always look forward to staying at Novotel Stansted - wether it’s the night before my holiday, or the night I return. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a mostly positive experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. The location was convenient, and parking was hassle-free—a big plus! However, the stay was quite expensive, which is something to consider. The first two nights were peaceful, and I slept well, but unfortunately, my third night was disrupted by a noisy neighbour, which kept me awake and affected my next day’s work. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and amenities, but it would be great if management could address noise issues—perhaps by better enforcing quiet hours—to ensure all guests have a restful stay."

"Very welcoming staff on reception, room was on the ground floor so perfect, huge room with the most comfortable super king bed. The only thing that let it down was the beds for the kids, was pretty much a mattress on the floor, but it was an extremely uncomfortable bed, you could feel the springs through it. My 9 year old struggled to get to sleep. Could do with more plug sockets as well. Bits of damp in the bathroom, perhaps needs a bit of a facelift. But overall was a nice room for a quick stop. Would definitely stop again. "
