"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

Had to place 2 suitcases on the floor. Only had 4 hangers. I asked for more & there were none. Stayed 2 nights. Didn’t have heat 1st night & room was very cold. "Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

I am extremely dissapointed about the hidden charges bill that I was thrown at when I went to check in I feel I should have been informed that even though I had selected the breakfast option while booking I was not paying for it at that time and will have to pay at check in. this is a flaw in hotels.com to trap customers with cheaper upfront payment.
