"Front desk staff were very friendly, but some of the bar/service staff not consistently so, which is a shame. Lack of radiator in the bathroom meant wet towels were hanging around in various places in the room. (Odd when there’s a pool and likely wet costumes). Room temp wasn’t great, either too warm or too cool, and no opening window meant we couldn’t get any air in the room. Overall hotel is nice and feels premium just a few basics missed"

"Perfect location peaceful and quiet, rooms are in excellent condition considering it’s been open for 5 years great Bathroom facilities with a great rain shower, also a great king size bed with 4 pillows 2 firm and 2 soft to cater for most people. Left early in morning to a good hearty breakfast at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay there again"

"Nice enough hotel. party of two (1 child, 1 adult). Stayed 1 night at the Coppid Beech Hotel for a LEGOLAND Windsor trip. It was a Sat night and a wedding reception meant it was busy and noisy. There is a night club at the hotel and I was a little apprehensive about this. "The hotel was clean, service staff excellent, restaurant excellent. However the lifts were only 1/2 functioning during our 3 night stay and on checkout both lifts were not functioning. We had to ask for help from the front desk as we were four flights up. "

"We chose this area as it’s close to Heathrow and the perfect launching place for our touring holiday in England. This Holiday Inn is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. On arrival we grabbed a snack in the bar before retiring for the night. Breakfast in the morning was a full English breakfast to help us start the day. Our kettle wasn't working properly and unfortunately there weren't any replacements available but otherwise everything was in good condition and very clean. Some food vending machines or a room service menu would be nice as there is not much for vegetarians locally."
