"Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Direkt an der Strandpromenade und seebrücke. Leider hat man in der Nähe kaum eine Chance einen Tisch in einem Restaurant (mit humanen Preisen) zu bekommen, wenn man nicht lange genug vorher reserviert hat. Ansonsten gibt es Eis, gegrilltes, Pizza und Crêpes direkt vor der Tür. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über eine geniale Terrasse, auf der wir abends gern gesessen haben. Man hat einen...

"The hotel provided instructions for late arrival (if after 10:00 pm). I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly indicating 10:00. She would not offer a refund for my prepaid booking - despite it costing me $$$ to sleep elsewhere. If you are looking to book here - DON"T go to the Neptun - it is wonderful. RUN RUN AWAY from these unreasonable and dishonest hosts. "
