Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Direkt an der Strandpromenade und seebrücke. Leider hat man in der Nähe kaum eine Chance einen Tisch in einem Restaurant (mit humanen Preisen) zu bekommen, wenn man nicht lange genug vorher reserviert hat. Ansonsten gibt es Eis, gegrilltes, Pizza und Crêpes direkt vor der Tür. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über eine geniale Terrasse, auf der wir abends gern gesessen haben. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf die Flaniermeile und auch auf das Treiben der Promenade. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Garten, da war es sehr ruhig. Kein Autolärm oder Ähnliches.

siehe meine Google Rezension! als vielreisend noch nie sowas erlebt. Chefin nicht kundenorientiert,Rechnung war falsch und niemand wollte/konnte erklären wie der Betrag für die Zusatzkosten zustande gekommen ist. Tiefgarage, Bademäntel,Kurtaxe alles ok aber 70E unerklärbare zusätzliche Differenz geht nicht.wurde abgewimmelt anstatt nochmal d. Rechnung zu prüfen-dann wäre d.Fehler aufgefallen. d.Betrag war falsch weil Kundendaten vertauscht wurden (auf meiner Rechnung waren andere Mastercard/Girokonten aufgeführt u. ein anderer Endbetrag- angeblich virtuelle Kontodaten v. Expedia?)Fehler also auf Expedia geschoben.Habe rechtliche Schritte angekündigt u entsprechende Bewertung im Portal u bin ohne Klärung ins Auto gestiegen.Chefin kam mir hinterher griff durch die Fensterscheibe und zog mir an meinem Pullover mit der Bitte das bei expedia selbst zu regeln und sie dann zu informieren (Anfassen ist übergriffig u. somit ein NoGO). bin dann los weil bringt nix.Auf dem Rückweg kam der Anruf v. Hotel d. was falsch gelaufen ist.. natürlich über expedia u. nicht übers Hotel.. die Mwst wurde angeblich nicht berechnet. Es wurde wehement abgestritten d. Daten vertauscht wurden bei Auftsellung d. Rechnung.Der zu Unrecht berechnete Betrag wurde zwar zurücküberwiesen aber es gab weder Einsicht, Entschuldigung oder eine Entschädigung. bei 4* erwarte ich da schon ein klein wenig Professionalität. Dieser Kundenumgang hat mir nur unnötigen Stress bereitet und wäre vermeidbar gewesen!

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen und sehr kurze Wege zum Strand. Wir hatten zwei identische Zimmer gebucht, welche von der Einrichtung und Dekoration schon deutliche Unterschiede aufwiesen. Auf Rückfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, das jedes Zimmer einen Individuellen Besitzer hat, welcher bei der Einrichtung und Dekoration entscheidet. Ein Zimmer wirkte sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Das andere Zimmer eher wie ein Krankenhaus Zimmer mit viel weniger Lampen, Bilder und Deko. Ganz anders als auf den Hotelbildern. Der Preis ist natürlich identisch. Das fanden wir sehr schade, weil auch davon nichts in den Hotelbescheibungen zu sehen ist. Daher 1 Zimmer 3/5 Sternen, 1 Zimmer 5/5 Sternen! Ebenfalls wurden die Zimmer nur zur Abreise gereinigt, da wir angeblich nur Paket „Light“ hatten. Bei Expedia kann man jedoch nichts anderes auswählen und von einer Zimmerreinigung nur zur Abreise finde ich in den Beschreibungen auch nichts. Auf der Hoteleigenen Homepage dann schon… Das muss geändert werden!!!

Wir waren zu viert plus Hund in dieser Unterkunft. Das Hotel macht einen modernen Eindruck. Es ist gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir fanden es nur schade, dass wir unseren Hund nicht zum Frühstück mitnehmen konnten, was jedoch beim Abendessen völlig ok ist. Der er noch so jung ist, bleibt er nicht allein. Wir sind eben in etappen essen gegangen. Bei Ankunft gab es in der Unterkunft sogar einen Fressnapf und Essen. Und wenn jmd die Kotbeutel vergessen hat, auch diese gab es. Unser Kind schlief in unserem Bett und hatte auch eine eigene Schlafdecke bekommen. Für Familien, die mit Kind, Hund und Omi verreisen eine sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr nah an der Ostsee. Eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Zimmer waren super für unsere Familie mit 2 Kindern. Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das dazugehörige Restaurant verspricht mehr auf der Online-Karte als in Wirklichkeit angeboten. Essen war OK und nicht ganz so toll wie abgebildet.

Sehr gut gelegen. 200 m von Seebrücke. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Schöne Größe der Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

Modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartments, in der Küche alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliche Menschen am Empfang, im Restaurant. Toll ist Tiefgarage, Aufzug bis zum Zimmer. Die Nähe zur Promenade, zur Seebrücke und zum Strand lädt u.a. zu traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen ein.
