"The accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately there were daily electricity outages. The resort made no effort for guests to be cared for during outages, which happened three times a day for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Everything is electric. Foreigners are not accustomed to these problems and are stranded in the dark with no resources. The resort needs to find a way to care for their guests during outages."

"We hired 2 chalets' no's 528 & 529. 528 was in good shape but 589 was not. The master bedroom carpets were dirty and the chalet needed painting. We paid for half board but found the food generally very poor. Breakfast was OK with eggs cooked while you waited, the sausages and bacon were good but there was little fresh fruit. "Lodge familial, acceuil et personnel très agréable. 2 bemols : propreté un peu limite dans la salle de bains et bruit du train la nuit. Excellente nourriture et prix des vins très raisonnable. Le guide à finalement donné beaucoup d'explications mais dans un anglais un peu difficile à comprendre. Il faudra ajouter 270 rands par jour et par personne pendant votre séjour, en plus de la suggestion des pourboires, 700 rands par jour et par personne ! "
