Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"A modern purpose build practical hotel, close to the city centre but out of the way so your rushed. The staff were very polite, smiley friendly and couldn't do enough for me."

I paid £20 extra per night for a room upgrade but unfortunately the tea/coffee, biscuits were not replenished after 1 night and i phoned and asked politely if they could send us up extra for the next morning. Unfortunately nothing appeared!! Its the small things that make all the difference when staying at a hotel and felt for the money we were paying our experience could have been better. "

"I really liked this hotel. It has a very industrial feel to it with exposed piping and unpainted plaster wall. Don’t go here if you are looking for a Hilton type hotel but if you are looking for something a bit different I would recommend giving it a go. I would definitely book here again."
