"The spa and hotel are absolutely beautiful. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The spa facilities are immaculate and varied and never felt crowded. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There are lots of lovely touches such as the spa toiletries in the room and the included aperitif (free flowing prosecco and nibbles). "Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised.
