"This looked like a great little flat for a family of three, two adults and a nine month old. However, after arriving we shortly found that this place was not suitable at all. We had informed the owner that we would be later arriving so that they didnt have to have the place warm unnecessarily, yet when we turned up at 8pm the flat was freezing. It's Aberdeen and it had been snowing and -3 outside, yet the heating had been turned off completely. It's an old building with high ceilings and took...
