The setting is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the rooms were clean, comfortable, modern and a good size, and we got a balcony and view we weren’t expecting which was a nice surprise. "Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. "The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"
