"The hotel is reasonable, but the amenities are slim. We specifically did not use the hotel's parking. They only offered valet parking and it was ($ redacted). I knew this before booking. So, instead we booked parking across the street in advance for less than half and walked to the hotel. They saw us walk in, they never issued valet tickets, they didn't even ask us if we were going to need to valet at checkin. Yet, after we checked out and left, I received an invoice that was charged to my card -- on top of the deposit they had charged to my card initially despite it being a credit card they could have just authorized and kept for security. So now, a day after checkout I had to call hotel to get this reversed. I called their main line and pressed option 1 for existing reservations 5 times. Each time it rang with no answer, then gave me a message saying the box was full and couldn't take additional messages. I finally called and pressed option 2 to place a new reservation -- this got answered and put on hold. Finally when the agent came back, I told her what happened and was then placed on another 5 minute hold. She then told me the charges would be reversed and I'd get a revised foliodete... it's been over an hour and I still have not gotten this, nor has the charge been reversed. And I would expect corporate management to investigate this. Who knows how many times the management has done this. Fraud."

"Nice hotel to stay in Union Square. Could use some love to some of the public areas - carpeting, lobby furniture, etc but room was clean. Option for food but no lobby bar. Very friendly staff. "
