Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. "I must say that the room here was the most comfortable of my month long stay in Europe. The only thing, and i mentioned it to the front desk staff, is that the shower floor is extremely slippery. They should just run a couple of non slip strips. But thats it. The stay was great, the location is great. I only gave service 3 stars because they are annoyingly slow in the lounge."

In the room i have jacuzzi bath which that was very nice. room big and clean, small minus so aircon was switched off but room has a fan in the wardrobe so i managed to cool down the room.
