"A lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. Reception staff were excellent and check in and out very smooth. The room was small and with a small window but with a good view. Unfortunately the aircon was blowing hot but this was quickly remedied once reported. Cafeteria was superb for dinner outside."

"Beautiful setting in a limestone gorge with a river flowing through it. Better than a white noise machine! There are hiking and mountaineering trails in the immediate vicinity. As a vegan, I appreciated that they included both a vegan and vegetarian option on the dinner menu. The thermal pools and the baths (balneario) were lovely. Don’t forget your bathing cap! "

"The property is an old mansion turned in the hotel. Location is terrible in the middle of nowhere, the restaurant is nice, downstairs sitting area is nice, but… no elevator, it’s dark to get up the wooden stairs and you have to look for switch to continue the climb. The room is small, sparse and stuffy. No screen on the window , so when we had to open the window in order to breathe, we were bitten by mosquitoes. I didn’t sleep at all. No coffee station or kettle in the room. Wasted money"

"We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with.
