"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "Beautiful surroundings. Many activities to enjoy. The food was outstanding. My wife and I both had interesting massage experiences having had hundreds of massages. Out therapists did a good job, but never have we had a therapist stay in the room with us while we undressed and dressed. They always step out of the room for privacy. That was awkward. There was also no hot water in our room for bathing. "
