"The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "

"The property was great, had everything we needed, lovely garden terrace, big swimming pools. Supermarket and restaurants close by. The only disappointing thing about our stay was unfortunately the residents. We spent our last day around the pool being constantly moaned at and talked about by the residents.
