It was a great place for a quick stay and we were able to get food from their restaurant, which made it easy for us when we had a long travel day. The shuttle service was also amazing, which took us from the train station the night before, and then took us to the airport the following day. Sahib Singh was fantastic! "

One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "They did not put me in booked superior room with bathrobes as advertised on your site, but the room itself was very good, maybe a bit worn and the safe did not work. I also did not like the chaid, which was very cold to sit on. Everything else wad really good: receptionists, wending machines, breakfast, proximity to the airport, transportation options, location, peace and quiet and the price. If you want to have a city break this is a far better option than to pay double price for a much worse hotel in Milan. "

"La Palma was the perfect stay for Stresa. The lake view room balcony could not be beat. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Sky Bar was a wonderful way to spend an early evening for drinks and the hotel is centrally located with a great breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay again! "
