"The breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! We booked the hotel because of the advertised hotel airport shuttle since our flight was in the middle of the night, however this ended up being a paid service that was more expensive than ordering a taxi or uber. We found this to be misleading. "

"Gästen die vor Mitte/Ende April kommen haben zwar eventuell gelesen dass sie den Pool nicht nutzen können aber nicht dass sie bis dahin auch keine Möglichkeit haben ihr Zimmer von 26-29 Grad auf eine angenehme Schlaftemperatur runterzu kühlen. Das Fenster lässt sich so wenig öffnen dass es kaum was bringt außer etwas Straßenlärm und vielen Mücken. Das Hotel sollte das überdenken denn alles andere vom Frühstück über das klimatisierte Gym bis zum netten Personal war tadellos!"

"Hotel ok bit far out but near bus stop for direct route into town. Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! Lift not working for the 3 days we were there either so not great. Breakfast ok and roomed clean. Staff very friendly "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic if you’re staying in Milan. You’re within walking distance of all the main attractions in the core, including just a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I speak and understand Italian, but it’s worth noting that the staff also speak English quite well.
