O quarto estava em boas condições, mas o banheiro tem pias muito baixas, não tem lugar para pendurar as toalhas e em um dos dias caiu uma água amarela do chuveiro e da pia, quando ligávamos a água quente. Tenho tudo gravado em vídeo. A localização é horrorosa, longe do centro, o bonde mais perto fica a mais de 20 minutos caminhando e longe de tudo. Para voltar andando ao hotel, temos que passar por uma rua sem nenhuma iluminação, o que passa uma sensação de insegurança. Conversamos na recepção e eles confirmaram que é a única maneira de acessar os transportes públicos . Local é bom se vc estiver de carro ou se quiser apenas curtir o hotel. Os bebedouros do corredor não funcionaram em nenhum dos dias, mas ao reclamar na recepção autorizam a pegar água no grab an go.

Great Hotel Experience! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The **renhold (cleanliness)** was excellent — the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and refreshed daily. The **personale (staff)** were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm attitude really made us feel welcome. The **service** overall was top-notch. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The property is great, staff are friendly and helpful, place is clean but they do not provide water every day although they have water dispenser at our floor, but water doesn’t taste the same. I’ll give a Star, if possible no Star for location as it is far from so many things, restaurants and public transpo. No airport shuttle nor shuttle to metro station. We had to walk really far to get around and used taxi to make it easier but got expensive but no choice, unless maybe I just don’t know how coz I’m a tourist.

It is definitly one of the best hotel where I have been Even if there was an event, the reception was well organized and I did not wait at all. The room is big and elegant. It is possble to rotate the TV in order to watch it from the sofa or at the opposite side the bed. The materass it is comfortable. All of these positive details make me rate for 5.

A lovely hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, and good restaurant service. If you need a iron, there's none in the room. Therefore you have to go downstairs to use it. You will need a car or a taxi as there's not alot round there.
