"The staff were excellent and the breakfasts were lovely. The room was a bit dated and had no USBC sockets, only the older USB ones, but the beds were comfortable."

"I do was beautiful, however it’s set back from the beach and the pool is not in a nice spot at all."

"Great place!"

"The stay was extremely pleasant. The star very friendly and helpful. The ambience, the good , the amenities were all very good. Both my husband and I wanted to stay longer. Kudos to Elyssa she was so helpful and professional."

"Excelente!!!"

"Very nice beach adjacent property"

"Loved our stay. The view is excellent. We had ocean view from every room in our condo. Will definitely come back."

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."

"Pre-trip and on-trip communication was excellent. The location was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The convenience to the beach was great. The condo was roomy, I was able to cook for the family, it was peaceful and quiet. Overall a 5-star stay. We will definitely be returning! "

"The room was very clean when we arrived and stayed for 4 nights. Didn’t take advantage of the pool or other amenities while we were there. Very short walk to the Beach, plenty of parking. Was a good location and really enjoyed the value of what we received. Had a very nice week."

"Perfect spot and right on the ocean. An extra 5 stars for the communication. "

"2 blocks to the quietest beach. Great for solo traveler that only needed the beach! Great and safe area! Hostess was quick to respond and deal with any questions or issues!"

"Excellent "

"The manager was kind and helpful to us. I don’t like to be a complainer but when we arrived the bedding was unchanged and the cover was visibly soiled as though a dog or something had been rolling on it with dirt. The manager quickly changed the bedding. The outdoor spaces were misrepresented. The pictures must have been old because these spaces were in disrepair and untended. Two stars seems more fitting but the label for that was “terrible.” It wasn’t “terrible.” It was disappointing. ...
