"The hotel was a bit tired and dated but very clean and comfortable. I didn’t like all the disposals toiletries, a lot of wastage and not very environmentally friendly. The breakfast was lovely and lots of choices."
"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre.
Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!!
Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service.

"The Annexe room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean. There were plenty of clean towels and gowns and slippers were provided. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with choices from the buffet or al la carte. The hotel is well located on the strip opposite the beach and with the pine forest behind and within easy reach of the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Sin Astor."
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with great coffee. And the location was great - a walk from the station and a short walk from the city walls. Thank you"
"Quando prenoti non c'è scritto, ma stanno facendo lavori di ristrutturazione, perciò dalla mattina presto ci sono rumori, trapani, e botti. Letto scomodissimo e duro, pulizia scarsa, nel bagno c'erano ovunque capelli. Colazione scarsa. Per 100 euro a notte c'è di molto meglio."
"Liked the proximity to the sea and free use of the beach club. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, the only addition I would make would be to add sausages and fried eggs."
"Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione di questo hotel, nel verde, con ampio parcheggio e possibilità di cenare all’aperto. Personale gentile. Camera abbastanza nuova, anche se non grande (l’anta dell’armadio si apre solo parzialmente perché troppo vicina al letto), molto silenziosa e con la possibilità di fare buio assoluto. Da migliorare la manutenzione: i sanitari perdevano acqua, la cassaforte non si chiudeva. Buona la prima colazione, anche se migliorabile (poca scelta p.es. Mancava frutta...
