"Love the location and the pool views … I will return"

"Beautiful view from our room and the staff were very friendly."

"Very clean, well organized hotel. Very good breakfast. The only weaker point was that some of the staff were not very useful when it came to recommending things to do in the area."

"Loved this hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Great location."

"The location of this property is excellent for walking to the old part of town. Also, the staff is very good and provide excellent service!"

"Sempre tutto perfetto"

"Amazing breakfast and service."

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "Clean, secluded, relaxing, breakfast, staff"

"Friendly staff. "

"One of the most amazing hotels in the world. Staff were incredible, clean rooms, amazing views, really good breakfast. Heated pool, all the amenities you need to relax. If ever in the area, would stay again and again. Highly recommend."

"Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast options. Would have been nice if the spa facilities had been available for hotel residents at a more reasonable cost. Shower cubicle was quite small and room was next to the lift so a little noisy at times."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The quality is amazing and the attention to detail in every aspect is impeccable. Absolutely spectacular hotel. "

"Wonderful well maintained hotel. Very historic. Incredible restaurant, would be an amazing venue for a wedding or event. We loved the staff and overall it was a fabulous stay."

"More like a visiting to a friend's traditional villa than a hotel. Friendly, relaxing and so helpful."

"Struttura grande, pulita, il personale gentile. Ottima la colazione"

"Gorgeous area with panoramic views."

"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "
