Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with a fantastic view over the teatro Romano and a panorama of the hills from our lovely room. Staff are excellent, helpful and polite always. It has a great restaurant for all meals, breakfast cold buffet selection is very high quality. Pastries are exceptional, bread options could be better.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Our suite was large, comfortable & spotless. The kind front desk lady let us check in early. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious. The desk got us a taxi for departure at train station. Our only regret was not staying longer. We loved this hotel & will stay here again happily.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and very courteous. The location was also well-situated on the edge of the old town of Spoleto and within walking distance to our favorite ristorantes and shops.

We had an excellent stay in August 2023! We loved our very comfortable room, the beautiful breakfast (and the wonderful waitresses), having dinner at the restaurant (great food!) and the location! We would highly recommend Hotel Dei Duchi and stay there again!!

The hotel was very convenient to everything and the carpark was very easy to navigate to which is often hard in any historical area. We had a junior suite which was lovely with a balcony and view. The one issue was the room wasn't very soundproof as could hear people walking around above us. Breakfast was basic but ok.

komfortabelt hotel med god billigenhed centralt i byen. Fint værelse med god udsigt. Hele hotellet virker dog lidt slidt og træt, og det virker ikke som om der er gjort noget i mange år. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om, intet varmt mad som man ellers ville kunne forvente på et 4 stjernet hotel.

La struttura è bella, situata in un punto molto bello di Spoleto, peccato che il personale, soprattutto quello del ristorante dell'albergo era poco sorridente e non molto propositivo. Struttura un po' datata ma pulitissima, in ordine, posizione invidiabile e parcheggio annesso su prenotazione (Comodissima l'opzione dei tapis roulants meccanizzati da vicino parcheggio convenzionato). Camere spaziose e letto enorme. Colazione migliorabile secondo me, uova strapazzate non possono mancare in un 4 stelle, cosi' come qualche campana in piu' sul buffet sarebbe gradita. Comunque assolutamente all'altezza .
