EVERY uber we ordered came to the location adjacent to the 3rd street "entrance" which we could not access. once we finally got into the building--a resident above the hamburger place helped us walk the entire grounds to eventually see the ramp and entrances for 1st floor access--we then found out that we had to download two apps so that we could get door codes. we spent 90 minutes sorting out HOW to get to the entrance and then...
