"The hotel is a nice stay about 12 minutes from the Alewife stop. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. I liked the bike option though I did not know about it until check out. The garden area was a pleasant spot for an evening drink. "

The toilet seat would not stay up on its own and did not fit the toilet (was too small) room 306. And we had 2 shampoos and a conditioner missing the body wash. All issues were minor issues and would not impact the overall value and experience. Will definitely still stay at doubletree in the future. Plus that cookie always makes the wife's day. 4 out of 5 because of the minor...
