We were attending a concert at Gillette. The location was perfect, just off the highway, the room was clean and the price was good! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff was very nice but the common areas and bathroom in our room could really use a deep cleaning. There was also a very strong musty odor. I would not stay there again.

The Bedford Plaza Hotel is affordable and delivers way beyond that. It looks atypical of most reasonable places to stay for a night, but the Bedford Plaza is a stalwart and nice facility with its rooms, staff, available parking and distinctive interior.

Very shabby building needs lots of work but the actual room we stayed in was clean. Shower was in bad shape so we didn’t use it. The staff who checked us in was very nice and helped us find a clean room

Pros: Staff was nice, room was clean, we had free parking and large satellite tv. Comfortable mattress and Most importantly NO BED BUGS! Cons: walls are thin, you can hear the shower, toilets and tv from room next door, bathroom faucet was loose and wably,doors and walls are partially fixed. Also we did not have hot water on the first day during peek hours. Still good deal in Peek season of October to visit Salem and only 35 minute drive to salem.Would stay again.
