"Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is impressive and modern, although the rooms don't quite live up to the appearance of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay! "

When we checked in the reservation for one of the couples had been canceled accidentally by the hotel and they were completely booked. "The property is very aged. Our room (junior suite), did not have upholstered armchairs as pictured online but rather very hard and small patio chairs. The shower is in the bathtub and the tub is dangerously high and narrow. No slip protection provided and it was very awkward to get out of the tub. "The hotel is a collection of very old buildings that have been developed into a luxury hotel In a really sympathetic manner. Our room was spotlessly clean & really comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous with a lovely bath and a truly excellent shower.
