"Amazing stay! Very patient and accommodating staff. The view from the room was beautiful and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety and everything was delicious. Highly recommend :)"

"So glad we picked this hotel. Not sure how it was for other rooms but my friends and I had the big executive room which ended up being the perfect hotel stay for us. The place was very clean, smoke free and had all the amenities that we wanted. Would book the same hotel again if the other rooms were like the same."

"The pictures on Expedia were misleading. Only 5-8 floor belongs to the hotel. Lobby is on 6 floor if I remember correctly. The room seemed not well maintained. I can see mold inside vanity sink cabinet. No delivery robots like other hotels I stayed in China, the delivery man gets lost most of the time because the floors are like a maze. "The front desk and cleaning staff were great. We loved the breakfast. The laundry machines were useful and convenient you like shopping, the hotel is next door to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chengdu IFS mall."

"Very good"

"Was much below my expectations for a Hyatt hotel. Lacks better maintenance."

"Above and beyond"

"Lo unico bueno que es centrico pero es un hotel descuidado"

"Excellent location with all necesary shops, rea houses, and restaurants around and access to great sites for visitors. Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. Note if you take a taxi to the hotel, the driver can not send you directly to the hotel, but a easy walk towards front gate. Great stay, and we will surely be back for our next trip."
