"Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....

"Urine area for the changing area for gym has really bad smell. Mentioned twice during the stay but still bad stench even though it is not crowded. Other than that the staff attention to details are excellent, always willing to please. This is my second stay so I am glad standards are maintained. Really like the quiet and less crowded area although convenience stores are far. But a taxi ride is just 5-10mins away to the mall. Dining option in the hotel is very limited, so have to go town...
