"Staff was GREAT and always helpful "

"Desk personnel were helpful and accommodating. We took it for granted at the time, but now, after after another 12 days on the island, the best English prepared staff was here. I was really surprised how few people around the island spoke English, especially in the hospitality industry (it used to not be that way). In fact, I had another hotel down the street booked for our last night before departing and saw how clueless they were when I stopped in to ask about parking and shuttle services....

"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"The infinity pool was 2,000 yen per person to use and was an amazing experience! The rooms were very clean and gorgeous balcony view overall would definitely recommend for couples. There is also a free parking garage"

"Spacious room. Link to monorail and is a sheltered link bridge. Quality amenities. Nice experience and service during check in and out. Walkable to Ryu Bo departmental store (approx 5 mins) using the correct path."

"Beautiful hotel and its service staffs are awesome. Nice touch with the live music in the morning, that is very nice. The beach and pool are clean, we really did enjoy everything. We hope the hotel has a gym in the premise in the future, as it would be great during rainy days. :)"

"The property was beautiful, clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool was lovely. The fitness center was small but i understand people don't usually work out on vacation. The location was great because it was ocean front and not too far from the airport. I would stay here again!"
